Dear film score fan,
It's very true - obviously - that I neglect this site. As well-intentioned as it was, I don't have the time to regularly write even brief reviews. I hadn't even been listening to film scores quite as much as I once did, although my listening is on the upswing again now. Just a note to say I'm still here, and am terribly terribly sad that Shirley Walker and Basil Poledouris are not here any more. We've lost far too many great composers lately, each one of them missed greatly. And that's all I have to say for now.
As always, the index page(s) give a short shill gauge of quality: the green light means it's excellent, yellow means it's anywhere from very good to just okay, and red means it's mostly okay to not very good at all (a very wide range). Gray just means I haven't formed an opinion yet. All ratings IMO!
